On a holiday weekend, when most people were already checked out and unavailable, Rob stepped in without hesitation to help my renter whose heat had suddenly stopped working in the middle of snowstorm with freezing temperatures. Rob went above and beyond, having James, his technician, responding quickly, diagnosing the issue with confidence, and making sure the heat was fully restored so my renter could stay safe and comfortable. My water heater stopped working on Saturday.  After some troubleshooting, I needed to call out a professional.  I had reached out to another company's emergency service line and left my information.  After an hour and no response, I found Robaire and based on the reviews, I called and left a message on their emergency line.  Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from one of their techs, Ryan.  He gathered some information on the issue and then let me know he would be out within 20-25 minutes.  He arrived within that timeframe, was very professional and pleasant.  Ryan was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly and luckily it was minor.  He had my hot water heater back up and running in no time.  I would highly recommend Robaire to anyone that is looking for an HVAC service company that actually responds quickly and has a professional team.
